The NBA 2K26 Cover Athletes Revealed

 2K has revealed the cover athletes for 2K26. The game is slated to be released on September 5, 2025. 

Featured on the standard edition will be the 2025 league MVP, Shai Gilgeous-Alexander. 

Featured on the superstar edition will be the newly inducted Hall of Famer, Carmelo Anthony. 

Featured on the WNBA edition will be WNBA star Angel Reese. 

All three athletes will be featured on the ultra edition.
