Amazon Reveals Luna, Their Cloud Gaming Platform
Amazon announced a year ago that they will get into the cloud gaming space. Amazon's gaming service is called Luna.
What we know so far is Luna will be a cloud gaming subscription service that works with an Alexa enabled game controller. Early access for Luna will begin in October for just $5.99 a month. Luna we be available on Fire TV, PC, Mac and iOS devices. Android Availability is coming soon. The Amazon Luna Controller will cost $49.99.
Luna will soon be able to support 4K at 60fps, but early access will at least support 1080p at 60fps. The cloud gaming platform will launch with over 100 games including Resident Evil 7, Assassin’s Creed Valhalla, and more.
Cloud gaming services like xCloud and Stadia are already off and running so Luna will jump right into the fire of competition.
