Quibi Is Shutting Down

 

The Short-form content app Quibi will be shutting down soon. The streaming service struggles to attract streamers to its service after a life span of 6 months. 

The company made a Medium post basically saying that they will begin to wind down its operations and begin to sell off its assets. 

Quibi executives believe the pandemic may have hurt the possibility of the streaming services succeeding amongst some other things. At the end of the day, Quibi did not get a lot of customers to buy into what they were selling. Which was celebrity-driven content in about 10 minutes or less.
