Facebook Introduces Quiet Mode

Facebook is now giving users a tool to limit the amount of time they are spending on their app. The tool is called "Quiet Mode".

This looks like Facebook is responding to the studies saying that excessive social media use is linked to anxiety and depression. 

The Quiet Mode feature is available on iOS devices globally. The feature will be on the Android version of the Facebook app in May 2020.
